National Right to Life Endorses Senator John Kennedy

National Right to Life Statement by Carol Tobias, president of National Right to Life

National Right to Life has proudly endorsed U.S. Senator John Kennedy for reelection in Louisiana.  Senator Kennedy has unapologetically voted to protect unborn babies and their mothers from the violence of abortion.  He has opposed President Biden’s radical efforts to codify abortion-on-demand and force Americans to pay for abortion with their tax-dollars. Senator Kennedy voted to put President Trump’s Supreme Court nominees on the bench. We appreciate Senator Kennedy standing for life and the values of Louisiana in the U.S. Senate.

Luke Mixon, the Democratic candidate running against Senator Kennedy, has proven he will do the bidding of Joe Biden and Planned Parenthood by pledging to vote to “codify Roe,” which means abortion for any reason throughout pregnancy. Regardless of what else he may say, Luke Mixon is running as a radical pro-abortion Democrat who is out of touch with the pro-life values of Louisiana.

Founded in 1968, the National Right to Life Committee (NRLC), the federation of affiliates in each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia and more than 3,000 local chapters, is the nation’s oldest and largest grassroots pro-life organization. Recognized as the flagship of the pro-life movement, National Right to Life works through legislation and education to protect innocent human life from abortion, infanticide, assisted suicide and euthanasia.
