Parental notice bill still alive in Nevada, your calls and emails needed

by | May 21, 2015

By Melissa Clement, President, Nevada Right to Life

NVrtllogoWe have made progress on AB405, the bill to require an abortion clinic to notify one parent 48 hours before doing an abortion on her or her underage daughter. However the measure is still being bottled up and blocked by Senator Ben Kieckhefer (R-Reno). We know that the Republican leadership is getting the message because some are trying to weaken the language.

Time is of the essence. We can’t thank you enough for your calls, emails, sharing with your friends.

Please call and email Senator Kieckhefer and ask him To “Please Re-Refer AB405 To The Health And Human Services Committee, Give It A Hearing And Pass It. Protect Teens And Protect Parental Rights And Responsibilities!”

Contact Senator Ben Kieckhefer – 775-684-1450 or Ben.Kieckhefer@sen.state.nv.us

Please click here to find your Senator and call and email him or her with the same message.

Please also remember us in your prayers.
