Oct2015FrontcoverBest day of the month for me–the day we publish the digital edition of National Right to Life News, “the pro-life newspaper of record.” At your leisure you can read all 31 stories, Carol Tobias’ superb president’s column, and my two editorials at

Our lead story–“NRLC urges support for bill that would deny 89% of all federal funds to PPFA”–explains that this Friday the House of Representatives will vote on the Restoring Americans’ Healthcare Freedom Reconciliation Act.

H.R. 3762 includes language that would block, for one year, most federal payments to affiliates of the Planned Parenthood Federation–roughly 89%. The money would be reallocated to community health centers.

This is an important vote and NRLC needs your help. Please click here where you will be shown how it takes just minutes to send an email to your representative, employing the easy-to-use tools at the National Right to Life Legislative Action Center.

Dr. Randall K. O’Bannon offers two excellent stories in our October digital edition. We have reposted the first one today–“Research reveals men’s sense of grief and helplessness in response to woman’s abortion.” Later in the week, just to whet your appetite to read the entire 41-page edition, we’ll post “Planned Parenthood ‘Baby-Free’ Fetology.”

There are stories that will make you want to celebrate–such as unborn babies whose parents refused to listen to the gloom and doom predictions of physicians and who are now thriving.

You’ll also find a number of posts on California’s dreadful decision to legalize physician-assisted suicide.

And there is a plethora of stories about Planned Parenthood–the largest “provider” of abortions–which is on the defensive more than ever.

After you read NRL News Today, please take a few minutes each day to peruse NRL News. And also do forward the link––using your social media contacts.

More about the October digital edition of NRL News tomorrow.
