Three months and 11 days may seem like a long ways off, but, believe me, June 29th will be here before you know it. That’s the kickoff for NRLC 2017, National Right to Life’s annual three-day convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

If you need detail, please go to where you can register online.

We’ve already discussed one of the star attractions: Ann McElhinney, the producer of “Gosnell the movie” and co-author, along with her husband, of the New York Times Best Seller “Gosnell: The Untold Story of America’s Most Prolific Serial Killer.” She will be speaking at the Thursday evening General Session.

If Ann McEihinney is providing a superb conclusion to the convention’s opening day, Ben Shapiro will get the convention off to a great start that morning at the 10 am opening General Session.

Many of our NRL News Today readers are already familiar with Ben. He has appeared on literally hundreds of radio and television shows around the nation. Here is just a very partial list: “The O’Reilly Factor” (Fox News), “Fox and Friends” (Fox News), “In the Money” (CNN Financial), “Scarborough Country” (MSNBC), “Your World with Neil Cavuto” (Fox News), “700 Club” (Christian Broadcasting Network), “The Laura Ingraham Show,” and “The Michael Medved Show” (nationally syndicated.)

Mr. Shapiro is also a prolific author of several best-sellers, including Brainwashed: How Universities Indoctrinate America’s Youth (WND Books).

In addition, his columns are printed in such major newspapers and websites as,,, Human Events,, and the Conservative Chronicle.

“The bottom line?,” said Jacki Ragan, NRLC Convention Director. “You do not want to miss this opening General Session and hear every word Ben Shapiro has to say. His message will be timely and important. Make sure you are at the Hyatt by 10 am on Thursday morning, June 28! We look forward to seeing you all there!”

Editor’s note. Visit for additional speakers as they line up.
