Last month, the Trump Administration issued new pro-life rules regarding the Title X family planning program. National Right to Life has pushed to establish these rules for many years. The proposed Protect Life rules, once they take effect, will restore the original character of the program by prohibiting funds from going to facilities that perform abortions or refer for abortion.
The proposed Protect Life rule simply makes clear that abortion is not family planning!
