The many helpful reader responses to the August digital NRL News

The response has been excellent to the latest monthly digital edition of National Right to Life News. It’s very encouraging that readers have taken the time to email me directly at with their thoughts about the 50-page issue of the “pro-life newspaper of record” and with links to stories and developments I would not otherwise have known about.

From page one onward—which includes a terrific story about the graduates of NRLC’s summer Academy along with another about efforts to pass a pro-life change to an HHS rule–readers were caught up about what’s going on in the pro-life world.

Just for starters the August issue of National Right to Life News included multiple stories about Planned Parenthood, fetal development, state legislation, and, of course, the battle to confirm Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the United States Supreme Court.

We outlined the attacks on a judge even some pro-abortion liberals concede is “certainly well qualified” and “a principled and talented jurist.” Keep up to date by reading each day National Right to Life News Today.

As we often do, the edition includes heart-warming and inspiring stories about women who refused to give into fear, who said “no” when advised they (or their baby) would be “better off” if she “terminates.”

Naturally, NRL News and NRL News Today focus primarily on developments at home, but we consider it very important that our readership knows what is going on in other nations. Much of the push for physician-assisted suicide and the drive to include more and more categories of people into a pool of people who can be involuntarily killed comes from Northern Europe and Canada.

Forewarned is forearmed.

Please continue to send me your insights and opinions at More important forward stories from the August issue to your pro-life family and friends.
