September NRL News is chock-full of important pro-life stories

Yesterday afternoon, we distributed the September digital edition of National Right to Life News, which we have for decades proudly described as the “pro-life newspaper of record.” The first person to drop me a line at wrote about the lead editorial that ran under the headline, “2,246 ‘medically preserved fetal remains’ discovered following the death of an Indiana abortionist.”

I was able to inform him that we’ve written multiple stories in NRL News Today about abortionist Ulrich Klopfer who (for reasons yet to be determined) stashed the remains of thousands of aborted babies in his garage. The ghastly discovery was made by his poor wife last week, a few days after Klopfer had died.

I told my correspondent he could have our Monday through Saturday content sent free of charge to his inbox. All he needed to do was sign up here.

The newest edition includes all of the following and much more. For starters, many stories about the extraordinary hearing held by pro-life House Republicans, “End Infanticide: Examining the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act.” You’d be proud of how pro-life Congressional Republicans are attempting to bring the neglect of abortion survivors out from the dark and into the light.

Needless to say, pro-abortion Congressional Democrats want infanticide kept in the shadows. They have enough on their plates defending abortion through all 40 weeks of pregnancy.

We’ve included several stories about the 2020 presidential elections, specifically the positions on abortion of the leading Democrats. We need to get the truth out and, thanks to their full-throated embrace of unlimited abortion, this is not as hard as it once was.

There is a wonderfully encouraging story about how in utero surgery corrected an unborn baby’s spina bifida. Bless the steady hands of those surgeons.

And there’s a virtual cornucopia of posts about state legislation and courageous attorneys general defending these laws against Planned Parenthood, the ACLU, and the Center for Reproductive Rights.

We’re also pleased that Laura Echevarria has returned to NRLC to serve as our Director of Communications and Press Secretary. Her story about “Working with Today’s Media” is a goldmine of helpful suggestions when dealing with reporters, especially those not on our side.

Speaking of pro-abortion Democrats running for President, Paul Stark offers his typically astute critique, in this case of South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg. Buttigieg’s abortion nonsense needs to be addressed early and often.

We’ll talk more about the September issue Thursday. In the meanwhile, please read as much as you can as soon as you can and pass the issue along to your pro-life family and friends.
