Pennsylvania state Representative Timothy O’Neal

Pennsylvania state Representative Timothy O’Neal has introduced a bill which would strengthen abortion center regulation within the Commonwealth.

House Bill 2138 is a common sense measure which would require abortion facilities to post the results of health department inspections on their websites. The legislation would also require abortion centers to post plans of correction on the Internet.

The measure is necessary because of the gross violations that occurred in West Philadelphia at the “House of Horrors” run by abortionist Kermit Gosnell. Gosnell was ultimately convicted of murdering three newborn babies and involuntary manslaughter in the death of a female immigrant patient, Karnamaya Mongar. He is now serving three consecutive life sentences in prison.
