Partner with us as we seek to pass the “Value Them Both Amendment” to the Kansas Constitution

April 26th marks the first anniversary of one of the saddest events in Kansas history. A Kansas Supreme Court ruling put out the welcome mat for the abortion industry and inserted a nearly unlimited “right” to abortion in the 1859 State Constitution.

In all likelihood even the most broadly supported limits on the abortion industry, like bans on brutal late-term and taxpayer-funded abortions, will be struck down. Yes, you read that correctly, even with the economic downturn due to the COVID-19 pandemic, your tax dollars will be targeted to pay for abortions.

While families are facing the current economic fallout, the abortion industry is coming for your hard-earned tax dollars. All you need to do is look to the 16 other states that pay for abortion to see how close we are to this new reality.

Yet, we do not have to let this anniversary pass in silence. Instead we will face it head on. Partner with us as we seek to pass the Value Them Both Amendment to the Kansas Constitution. We can ensure your tax dollars are not used to harm women and their babies.

KFL staff are working remotely, but our comptroller is at the office daily to accept deliveries, so mail-in contributions are always still welcome. Whether it is contacting elected officials or giving a financial gift, Kansans for Life doesn’t work without your help.

P.S. This pandemic has shown why the Value Them Both Amendment is even more critical. Kansas has become a destination for abortion during this time and this is just a glimpse of what is yet to come.
