On Wednesday, the same day Congress certified that pro-abortion Joe Biden had won enough electoral votes to become the 46th President of the United States, it was also confirmed that pro-abortion Democrats had narrowly won both Senate runoff races in Georgia.

The tally for President-elect Biden was 306 electoral votes to 232 electoral votes  for pro-life President Donald Trump.

In Georgia, both elections were decided by razor-thin margins.

Pro-abortion Democrat Raphael Warnock won by garnering 50.8% of the vote, defeating incumbent pro-life Republican Senator Kelly Loeffler.

The second contest was even closer.

With 98% of the precincts reporting, pro-abortion Democrat Jon Ossoff had prevailed over pro-life Republican incumbent Senator David Perdue by less than 37,000 votes out of almost 4 ½ million votes cast.

The Senate is now comprised of 50 Democrats and 50 Republicans, leaving the tie-breaking vote to pro-abortion Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.

Going forward, we mustn’t forget that we flipped at least 13 House seats (one election is still being contested) from pro-abortion Democrat to pro-life Republican.

NRLC thanks the tens of millions of pro-life Americans who voted on November 3rd and in the two run-off elections in Georgia.
