As of 2:00pm, pro-abortion Democrats have won one of two runoff races in Georgia and are narrowly leading in the second.
Raphael Warnock is leading pro-life Republican incumbent Kelly Loeffler by nearly 55,000 but John Ossoff is ahead of pro-life incumbent David Perdue by just 17,500 votes.
As NRL News Today has discussed on many occasions, should both Democrats prevail in the end, the Senate would be comprised of 50 Democrats and 50 Republicans, leaving the tie-breaking vote to pro-abortion Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.
National Right to Life will discuss this in more detail once all the votes are tabulated.
NRLC thanks the tens of millions of pro-life Americans who voted on November 3rd and in the two run-off elections in Georgia. We cannot forget that we flipped 14 House seats from pro-abortion Democrat to pro-life Republican.
