Fact #29 for the 29th week of development.

by | Apr 2, 2021

Week 29: Much is happening at 29 weeks! Different organs are changing rapidly…for one, the baby’s eyes are getting to a more focused state. If the mother feels consistent taps from inside their belly, that might be the baby hiccuping (probably from all the nutrients he/she is getting from the mother’s digested food!).

If the baby is a boy, the testicles by now should be descended from near the kidneys, through the groin, and into the scrotum. The little one is about the size of a cauliflower now, at around 2.5 pounds! The baby will double in size between now and birth. #40weeks40facts
