#WeRememberThem: Join us TOMORROW in a Moment’s Silence and a Light for Life to remember babies lost to abortion

May 24, 2021

By Life Institute

Tomorrow, May 25th, is International Missing Children’s Day, which also happens to be the three year anniversary of when Ireland voted to allow the legalisation of the killing of the most vulnerable and innocent in society – the unborn child.

We know that, in 2019, 6,666 babies were sadly killed by abortion in Ireland, with many more since. Tomorrow pro-life people across the country will observe a minute’s silence at noon, and we will light a candle in our homes at 8pm, to remember and honour all the babies lost to abortion in Ireland, and the women harmed by abortion.

Tonight, we will also hold an event at the Dáil to show #WeRememberThem and we’ll be sharing photos from that event this evening.

Please share this with your family, friends and on social media using the hashtags: #WeRememberThem and #RealityOfRepeal

Please also take a moment to share the powerful images and messages we are sharing on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram this month, asking people to #RethinkAbortion.

See some of those messages below.
