Remembering babies lost to the cruelty of abortion: National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children Sept. 10

by | Aug 26, 2022

Everyone is invited to commemorate aborted babies at the 10th Annual National Day of Remembrance from 11:30 a.m.-noon, Sept. 10, at the Life Center Memorial Garden for the Unborn, 1515 S. University Ave., Little Rock.

“This is an outdoor event, please bring a lawn chair and dress for the weather,” said Rose Mimms, executive director of Arkansas Right to Life, sponsor of the event.

“Sadly the choice of abortion has real victims: the more than 63 million American children who have lost their lives to abortion since 1973 and those who mourn them,” said Mimms. “We will never know these unnamed victims of abortion, but we will never forget them—or stop calling on our society to cherish the life of every unborn child.”

Speakers for the memorial service are Father John Marconi, retired priest of the Diocese of Little Rock, Charlie Winters, pastor of pastoral care at Cedar Heights Baptist Church, North Little Rock, and Cami Boshears of Deeper Still.
