On the last day of May, we published the 47-page June issue of National Right to Life News. This is our “baby,” so to speak, and we are proud of what the edition includes.

With the forthcoming 53th Annual National Right to Life Conference only 29 days away, we lead the issue with a front cover and page one story about Kayleigh McEnany, the keynote speaker. Most of us are familiar with her for her service as White House press secretary for President Donald Trump. She is currently co-host of “Outnumbered” on the Fox News Channel.

As Director of Outreach Rai Rojas wrote, “Kayleigh McEnany has consistently demonstrated her commitment to the sanctity of life through her public service and advocacy. Her ability to articulate the pro-life position with clarity and compassion has made her a leading voice in the movement. Attendees will have the invaluable opportunity to gain from her experiences and to be inspired by her steadfast dedication.”

You can register for the June 28-29 conference in Arlington, Virginia, here. And if you register by June 14, the Adult Pre-Registration Ticket is only $185. (Prices will go up after that date.)

Also, on page one is the incredible story of “How the abortion-up-to-birth constitutional amendment stalled in Minnesota.” Wildly outspent, Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life (MCCL) knew that pro-abortion Democrats, who controlled all three branches of state government, would try hiding unfettered abortion by making it part of a so-called “Equal Rights Amendment.” They also knew, because of the results of several polls, that Minnesotans were opposed to this extremist proposal. Paul Stark, MCCL’s Director of Communications, explains how pro-lifers went on the offensive. A very interesting read.

With the November elections just over five months away, we included multiple stories about what will be a historic battle between pro-life former President Donald Trump and pro-abortion President Joe Biden. We address what promises to be a real nail-bitter on pages 2-5, 18, 22, 24-25, 33, and 43.

State legislation is one of NRLC’s specialties. We examine what happens—and continues to happen—on page 7, 17, 26, 28, 35, and 40.

No issue of NRL News would be complete with stories about babies and children. We write about preemies making remarkable comeback; babies saved by “Safe Haven” babies boxes; and perinatal medicine for babies who won’t survive more than a few hours.

Likewise, we write about the saintly work of Pregnancy Help Centers—pages 3, 16, and 29—and the demonic attacks on their invaluable, life-affirming labors by pro-abortion politicians and media members—on page 3l-32, and 47.

We’ll talk more next week about the issue’s other top stories that include Abortion Pill Reversal, assisted suicide, extremely important judicial decisions, pro-life foster parents, and development around the world.
