It was announced this week that the Harris-Walz ticket will be taking a bus tour to try to rev up their campaign for the White House. First stop? Pittsburgh.
It is hardly surprising that the Democratic duo is launching the campaign event in western Pennsylvania. It has been said that it will be hard for the candidates to win nationwide without a victory in Pennsylvania.
But I can’t stop thinking about all the busloads of people who are not here today because of the pro-abortion policies promoted by Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.
In Pennsylvania alone, more than 34,000 preborn babies died from abortion in 2022, the latest year for which statistics are available from the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
- 34,000 lives ended.
- 34,000 dreams dashed.
- 34,000 hopes obliterated.
That is not to mention the thousands of mothers who have been left to grieve children lost to abortion. So much misery and pain. It truly boggles the mind.
When it comes to abortion, Harris and Walz are headed in the wrong direction. The direction of despair. Of sorrow. Of unspeakable loss.
A Harris-Walz Administration would be catastrophic for preborn children and their mothers, in Pennsylvania and across the country. It would also be disastrous for generations to come—generations which will never see the light of day because of a public policy which fails to recognize the humanity of the most vulnerable among us.
